KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

RESOLVED AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, that MARITIME MULTIPURPOSE COOPERATIVE (MMPC) with business address at 5th Floor, 665 CRI Building, President Quirino Avenue, Malate, Manila, with it Board of Directors held a meeting online via MS Teams Application on October 1, 2025 at this meeting, a quorum was present and acted throughout, the following resolution were adopted and approved:

RESOLVED, that the Board of Directors of the MARITIME MULTIPURPOSE COOPERATIVE has unanimously voted for the appointment of Mrs. Maria Rodelita Homecillo and Dr. Jeff Rex Calambuhay our Member of Board Directors as an authorized check signatory on behalf of Maritime Multipurpose Cooperative.

“RESOLVED, finally, that the Cooperative Secretary be, and is hereby, authorized to issue certifications covering the foregoing resolutions adopted by the Board of Directors of the Cooperative.”
