KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

RESOLVED AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, that MARITIME MULTIPURPOSE COOPERATIVE (MMPC) with business address at 5th Floor, 665 CRI Building, President Quirino Avenue, Malate, Manila, with its Board of Directors held a meeting at Contis UN on February 3, 2025 at this meeting, a quorum was present and acted throughout, the following resolution were adopted and approved:

RESOLVED, that the Board of Directors of the MARITIME MULTIPURPOSE COOPERATIVE has approve that the General Assembly would be held on March 17, 2025.

RESOLVED, that the Board of Directors of the MARITIME MULTIPURPOSE COOPERATIVE has unanimously approved that the budget for 20th Anniversary would be P100,000.00

RESOLVED, that the Board of Directors of the MARITIME MULTIPURPOSE COOPERATIVE has unanimously approved that we will have logo contest for our new logo.

RESOLVED, that the Board of Directors of the MARITIME MULTIPURPOSE COOPERATIVE has unanimously approved that the date for Compliance seminar will be held on May 31-June 1, 2025

“RESOLVED, finally, that the Cooperative Secretary be, and is hereby, authorized to issue certifications covering the foregoing resolutions adopted by the Board of Directors of theCooperative.”
