KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
RESOLVED AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, that MARITIME MULTIPURPOSE COOPERATIVE (MMPC) with business address at 5th Floor, 665 CRI Building, President Quirino Avenue, Malate, Manila, with its Board of Directors held a meeting online via MS Teams Application on April 7, 2025 at this meeting, a quorum was present and acted throughout, the following resolution were adopted and approved:
RESOLVED, that the Board of Directors of the MARITIME MULTIPURPOSE COOPERATIVE has unanimously approved the release of IOC and PatRef to the members for year 2024 with the following conditions:
Intereset-on-Share Capital is 9.35%
Patronage Refund is 9.88%
Release date is starting March 27, 2025 onwards
RESOLVED, that the Board of Directors of the MARITIME MULTIPURPOSE COOPERATIVE has approve the purchase of 2 laptops to replace the old units and support the operational needs of the Cooperative;
“RESOLVED, finally, that the Cooperative Secretary be, and is hereby, authorized to issue certifications covering the foregoing resolutions adopted by the Board of Directors of the Cooperative.”
