KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

RESOLVED AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, that MARITIME MULTIPURPOSE COOPERATIVE (MMPC) with business address at 5th Floor, 665 CRI Building, President Quirino Avenue, Malate, Manila, with its Board of Directors held a meeting online via MS Teams Application on June 30, 2025, a quorum was present and acted throughout, the following resolution were adopted and approved:

RESOLVED, that the Board of Directors of the MARITIME MULTIPURPOSE COOPERATIVE has unanimously approved the new remote location for Ma’am Vivian at Kamarote staring June 14, 2025.

RESOLVED, that the Board of Directors of the MARITIME MULTIPURPOSE COOPERATIVE has unanimously agreed that MMPC will remove the endorsement in all loan applications and will be replaced by Credit Investigation done by Ma’am Vivian and all loans will be approved by Lineth and Jomie.

RESOLVED, that the Board of Directors of the MARITIME MULTIPURPOSE COOPERATIVE has unanimously reviewed and approved that MMPC will not continue the Authorization to Deduct required by Intership Crew Philippines (ICP) for Collection and instead MMPC will use Fund transfer slip of PNB.

RESOLVED, that the Board of Directors of the MARITIME MULTIPURPOSE COOPERATIVE has unanimously accepted the resignation of Mr. Rommel Navarro as Vice chairperson, Also Mr. Lindog, Mr. Raquiion and Ms. Escosura as Credit Committees.

RESOLVED, that the Board of Directors of the MARITIME MULTIPURPOSE COOPERATIVE has unanimously appoint Mr. Eugenio Gonzales as the New Vice Chairperson.

RESOLVED, that the Board of Directors of the MARITIME MULTIPURPOSE COOPERATIVE has unanimously accept the application of Mr. Belly Joe Ligason as Board of Directors member for the remaining term (2025-2026).

“RESOLVED, finally, that the Cooperative Secretary be, and is hereby, authorized to issue certifications covering the foregoing resolutions adopted by the Board of Directors of the Cooperative.”
