KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

RESOLVED AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, that MARITIME MULTIPURPOSE COOPERATIVE (MMPC) with business address at 5th Floor, 665 CRI Building, President Quirino Avenue, Malate, Manila, with its Board of Directors held a meeting online via MS Teams Application on June 30, 2025, a quorum was present and acted throughout, the following resolution were adopted and approved

RESOLVED, that the Board of Directors of the MARITIME MULTIPURPOSE COOPERATIVE has unanimously approved the opening of BDO account to cater more payment other than PNB.

RESOLVED, that all transactions, warranties, representations, covenants, dealing and agreements by the Corporation through the above named individuals with the Bank prior to the approval of this Resolution are all hereby approved, confirmed and ratified to be the valid and binding acts, representation, warranties and covenants of the Corporation as they may lawfully do or cause to

be done by virtue of authorities given to them.

RESOLVED, FURTHER, that ANY ONE from SET A otherwise ALWAYS TWO from SET B of the following officers of the Corporation
