The Maritime Multi-Purpose Cooperative (MMPC) held a two-part Leadership Values and Reorientation Seminar for its Board of Directors (BOD), officers and members last August 31 and September 14.

The two-day seminar was presided by Professor Al Fontamillas of the College of Social Development and Faculty Club of the Polytechnic University of the Philippines (PUP). Topics discussed during the seminar included a review of the purposes and benefits of a COOP and the responsibilities of its members.

Participants also engaged in an activity that measured how well they know themselves and how others view them as members of the COOP.

MMPC held the seminar in accordance with the requirements of the Cooperative Development Authority (CDA).
