The Maritime Multi-Purpose Cooperative conducted a seminar on Parliamentary Rules and Procedures last Saturday, April 26, 2014 as mandated by the Cooperative Development Authority (CDA).

The seminar was conducted by Prof. Elenita Mantalaba, a Certified Public Accountant and a Full- Time Professor at the Polytechnic University of the Philippines, College of Social Sciences and Development - Department of Cooperative and Social Development and was attended and actively participated on by the Board of Directors and other committees of the Cooperative.

The said seminar was conducted to help experienced and inexperienced leaders and members conduct meetings of high quality and efficiency and give them guidance in organizational structure and functions
